Refund Policy

1. General Policy

1.1. Royal Certified Masterclass & Publishing LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") maintains a strict refund policy for its digital products.

1.2. All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered to the customer's designated email address or account.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. A refund will be provided only if the digital product fails to be delivered within three (3) days of purchase due to technical issues on the Company's end.

2.2. To claim a refund under the condition specified in 2.1, the customer must notify the Company in writing at [email protected] within five (5) days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

3.1. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the digital product has been successfully delivered, including but not limited to:

• Customer dissatisfaction with the product
• Customer's failure to read or understand the product description
• Customer's change of mind
• Customer's lack of time or willingness to engage with the product
• Compatibility issues with the customer's devices or software
• Customer's misunderstanding of the course content or structure

4. Product Access

4.1. Upon successful delivery, customers are granted immediate access to the purchased digital content.

4.2. The Company's products include, but are not limited to:

• 120 extensive modules
• 120 accompanying ebooks
• Over 6,000 pages of high-quality, detailed content
• Certification recognized by five reputable entities in the field
• Interactive elements such as quizzes and assessments

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5.2. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

5.3. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institutions. Any such action may result in legal consequences as outlined in our Terms of Service.
